8. Exchange at Store Policy:

Products can be returned/exchanged at ISHTYLE offline exclusive doors within 7 days of purchase. No cash refunds will be made, and exchanges will be processed at the value paid at the time of purchase.
All items to be returned must be unused.

9. Web Money/In-Store Credit:

Web money, credited to your account, can be used for purchases on www.ishtylestore.com. The validity of web money is one year from the date of credit. Web money is not redeemable for cash and cannot be used elsewhere.
